If you’re looking for me at a party, I am usually hanging out with the dogs. You could say I’m a crazy dog lady. My favourite things in life are friends and family, being outside, and of course, animals.

Born and raised in rural Ontario, my husband and I moved to Nova Scotia in 2018 and found our forever home in Indigo Shores. The inspiration for Al’s Pals came with our fresh start, but was put on hold when I accepted a Human Resource’s role with a great company. In March of 2023 I lost my corporate job. Although this was tough at the time, it was a blessing in disguise. This change enabled me to follow my passion and finally pursue Al’s Pals.

As my husband says, “When one corporate door closes a doggie door opens for you”.
